God Has Been Faithful
I was reminded recently of how God has just been so Faithful over the past four months. Looking back I realize that He provided me with close friends very quickly, a good church, great co-workers, and ministry opportunities. He was faithful to provide me with all of you as well, in prayer, friendship, and support. He has also been faithful to answer a prayer that I've been sending up for a year. When I began this internship, I wasn't sure if God was leading me into full-time ministry for the long haul and just in the last month, God has led me to join Campus Crusade staff. My internship will be extended until Summer of 2005 when I will attend staff training in Colorado. I know God will be faithful to provide the prayers and support as I venture out into full-time ministry.

Laborers Galore
Just a week ago I had the wonderful opportunity to help staff the conference we hold for Southeast students going to internationalsummer projects, six to eight week projects at our partnership campuses overseas. We had over 100 students attend, and it was incredible to see God already at work preparing them for the summer. Two of the project teams had already left for their assignments and could not attend the conference, so that just gives you an idea of the incredible way God has provided laborers to further His kingdom this summer.

The teams going overseas will be going to Cheboksari and Moscow, Russia, Salerno and Pisa, Italy, campuses in East Asia, a campus in Desert Rivers (Middle East), and a campus in the West Indies. I was also excited to learn that many of the students were freshman and sophmores, some new in their faith, but are already committed to serving God however He leads them.

Pray for the students and staff, that God would give them wisdom concerning outreaches and that He would lead them to those overseas who He is calling to himself. Please pray also that the students themselves would grow and be changed by this experience. Finally, pray for the teams' safety, particularly those going into closed countries.

Chicago Update
I am still in process of raising the money to attend Summer in the City, but God has been so faithful to provide much of the needed support over the last week. Pray that the rest would be raised up before I leave June 3rd.

I will be in Chicago from June 3rd to July 16th. During that time, I will send out monthly updates as well as post weekly updates on my website,www.169designs.com. If you're surfing the web, check it out. I've already gotten to know some of the students by email, and I'm soexcited to meet them in person!

Everystudent.com Fruit
Through the website everystudent.com and its influence among college students I have recently been put in touch with two students, one from overseas, and another here in the states, and have been given the opportunity to share the gospel with both. PJ, currently a religious relativist, is beginning to question whether all religions really do lead to the same God. She has begun to explore Christ's claims that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Pray that in her earnest seeking of truth, that God would reveal Himself to her.

Erica is simply seeking to find the way. She's interested in finding out what all religions have to say and in particular, Judaism. She's beenintrigued to find out what Judaism has to say about salvation and we were able to use that as a jumping point to begin talking about Messiah and how Christ fit the bill for all the prophecies and how He also became the sacrifice, rending the sacrifice rituals of Judaism unnecessary. Pray that God would show the truth of salvation to her and that her heart would be bent to His.

Student and Greek Planners
We are about to submit our final designs and content for our planners to be printed. Its been a somewhat hectic time, but God has provided the articles and material we are going to include in the planners. The orders are rolling in by the hour and we are excited to see what God is going to do this year through students and staff using the planners as a tool. Pray that we would lean on God for the wisdom and strength to finalize the planners and that the content would interest students and plant seeds. For more information about the planners, check out www.cccplanners.com.
