The students attending summer project here in Chicago with Here's Life Inner City arrived just yesterday. All I want to say is Hallelujah for the way God brought our team together. The students are on fire for God and ready to learn. I have already gotten to talk to the girls in my small group quite a bit and am looking forward to discipling them and seeing what God will have them teach me! Tomorrow we are going to the different ethnic neighborhoods here in Chicago to train the students in evangelism.

Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the LORD for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.
Jeremiah 29:7

We have already seen God do so much in bringing these students here and raising their money. Please pray for them and the staff. We have all been experiencing extreme spiritual attacks from Satan. Praise God that He has been our shield and defender throughout this time. Pray that the students would embrace the emphasis on prayer we've put on this project, that they would become prayer warriors.
