PLANES, TRAINS, AND AUTOMOBILES
This past summer has been a fruitful one in many ways. It was a hard decision to not staff a summer project, but it was definitely God’s leading. My time was spent primarily seeking to raise the remainder of my support through one-on-one appointments and large group meetings. The month of June was spent here in Atlanta, while the month of July and part of August was spent traveling to meet with people throughout Georgia, Florida, and California. All told, I logged over 6,000 miles in just a few weeks!
Just before the beginning of my trip, God answered a major prayer in providing a newer car for me. An Atlanta couple donated a 95’ Chevy Lumina. As I ventured out on my travels, I was so thankful for cruise control and air conditioning, particularly in the heat wave!

PLANNER UPDATE
As classes start on college campuses nationwide, our Greek, Student, and now, Destino planners are being handed out to students through a wide variety of outreaches. Pray that these will provide multiple opportunities for students to hear the gospel, that stude nts will go to the evangelistic websites advertised within (www.everystudent.com, www.storyspot.com, www.managingchaosonline.com, www.iamnext.com, and www.mydestino.com), and that doors will be opened up to Crusade and staff students in places that have previously been closed to them.
ATLANTA CHRISTMAS CONFERENCE 2006: UNVEILED
Plans are underway for our 2006 Christmas Conference. This year we are seeking to incorporate student ministry training even more into the conference. Our desire is for the conference to be a worship experience in every way, through our prayers, our actions, our thoughts, our songs, and through so much more. As the initial details are coming together, pray that God’s will would be in every decision. “But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away...And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever increasing glory.” - 2 Corinthians 3:16-18
PRAYER REQUESTS
· I’ve been able to make it out on campus a couple of times this past week, specifically at Georgia State University. Pray for some movements to take root there, particularly in the dorms. I’ll be sure to update you on what has been happening at Georgia State next time.
· PRAISE: God has brought in the remainder of my initial needed one-time gifts! I need $200 more in monthly support and I’ll be able to report! I’m waiting on several decisions currently and hope to be reported back to full-time ministry very soon. Pray it comes in quickly! Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and generosity over this past year.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND PARTNERSHIP IN REACHING STUDENTS WITH THE GOSPEL.
